You need to control workers, first move furniture into messy houses, and then sell them for money. Use the money you earn to build a brand new house!

Click to choose a worker from your team. Drag the worker to pick up furniture in the messy house. Set the furniture in the marked area to clear the space. Repeat this process until the house is entirely cleared. Once the house is cleared, tap the sell button to earn money. Invest the money to buy materials and build a new house. Pick a design for the new house and observe as it gets built. Upgrade your workers' efficiency to speed up the renovation process. Complete more houses to reveal new stages and grow your renovation empire.
